Description

You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy network architectures including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.
• Manage L2/L3 troubleshooting, resolve P1/P2 high-priority incidents, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for permanent fixes.
• Configure and manage security technologies such as VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access control policies.
• Coordinate with service providers and OEMs for hardware/software upgrades and link-related services.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, troubleshooting steps, and network inventory.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of domain experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
• Hands-on experience with Extreme Networks, Cisco, and Juniper hardware (Switches and Routers).
• Experience managing WAN (Cisco, Juniper) and WLAN (Cisco Meraki, Aruba) environments.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Perl.
• Experience with automation tools including Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Zabbix.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco or Extreme Networks equivalent certifications.
