Description

You will own the design, implementation, and automation of corporate network systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, DNS, and firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto).
• Manage the migration of I95 and 495 Roadside networks from Layer2 to Layer3.
• Develop Python libraries to automate physical and virtual machine and network infrastructure configuration.
• Configure routing and switching to maximize efficiency and security, including building redundancy routes.
• Monitor network status, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate scheduled upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with automation tools, specifically Ansible and Python.
• Experience configuring and managing Palo Alto and Cisco network devices.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments and Git.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk.
• Experience with routing protocols, including Multicast.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms like VMware.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hyperflex.
