Description

You will manage complex network infrastructures, focusing on rapid issue resolution and stable connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve network issues, including routing loops, asymmetric routing, and STP loops.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Manage LAN switching via VLAN, VTP, STP, and EtherChannel.
• Analyze device outputs to provide recommendations for hardware performance and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of network engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus 9K/7K series switches.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS and NX-OS software.
• Expertise with Cisco ASA, IPS, and Cisco ISE.
• Experience with SD-WAN, specifically Silver Peak.
• Experience with Next Gen Firewalls, specifically Cisco Firepower.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, and SSL.
• Strong knowledge of network security including IPSec/SSL VPN, Cisco AnyConnect, AAA, TACACS+, RADIUS, and 802.1x.
• Experience configuring Cisco wireless environments, specifically Cisco WLC.
• Ability to manage application load balancers and Quality of Service (QoS) settings.
• Experience with Zscaler firewall cloud services.
• Experience supporting applications such as SAP and Citrix.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
