You will administer enterprise-grade network monitoring tools within a complex global networking environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer network monitoring tools to ensure visibility across large enterprise infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues using SNMP, NetFlow, alerts, and dashboards.
• Automate monitoring tasks and workflows using REST API scripting.
• Manage network event data within ServiceNow and Event Management platforms.
• Support network infrastructure operations across Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in network engineering or administration.
• 5+ years administering network monitoring tools in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, and BGP protocols.
• Proficiency with Linux environments, specifically RHEL and Ubuntu.
• Experience with REST API scripting and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving SNMP and NetFlow.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Event Management platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Broadcom/CA Spectrum, CA Performance Management, and CA Network Flow Analysis.
• Familiarity with Riverbed NetIM, NetProfiler, and IBM SevOne NPM.
