Description

You will manage and maintain the stability and integrity of the network infrastructure, including LAN, MAN, and WAN services.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, monitor, and optimize network hardware, software, and communication links.
• Manage LAN/MAN/WAN, Firewalls (VPN), Load Balancing, wireless networking, and cloud networking.
• Analyze and resolve complex network hardware and software problems using advanced troubleshooting methods.
• Document technical specifications, diagrams, and capacity planning methods.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to execute medium to large complexity projects on schedule.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of data network experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Switching and Routing.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus (vPC, NX-OS, FEX) and Cisco Catalyst (VSS, IOS, Stackwise).
• Proficiency with Cisco ISR and ASR routers and routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, PBR, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, OSPF).
• Experience with F5 LTM/ASM and network security.
• Experience with Cisco NFG Firewalls (IPSec/SSL VPN, LAN-to-LAN).
• Knowledge of Cisco Wireless (LWAPP, Autonomous) and management tools like WCS or Prime.
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Radius, TACACS, and QoS.
• Ability to perform packet capturing, analysis, and troubleshooting across Metro Ethernet and Dark Fiber.
• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent network design certification.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud experience with Google, Azure, or AWS.
• Knowledge of Gigamon, VoIP, Multicasting, or Optical Networking.
