Description

You will act as a Network SME focusing on site surveys, analysis, and the implementation of new SD-WAN sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, capture current device status, and prepare recommendation reports.
• Configure Cisco devices, SD-WAN Cisco Edge routers, switches, and clients.
• Manage SD-WAN templates, control connections, PNP portals, BFD, and IPsec/SIG tunnels.
• Execute unit and functional testing for all supported SD-WAN technologies.
• Troubleshoot various circuit types including Ethernet, T1/E1, T3/E3, BB, and LTE.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Viptela SD-WAN, including vBond, vSmart, and vManage in HA environments.
• Deep knowledge of OMP, DTLS, IPsec, and Secure Internet Gateway tunnels.
• Proficiency with routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, L3VPN/L2VPN, BFD, and VRRP/VRF.
• Experience with Cisco cEdge and vEdge router onboarding.
• Practical knowledge of QOS/MPLS, NetConf, and LAN/WAN architectures.
• Experience in SD-WAN multi-cloud environments using Azure ExpressRoute and Cloud-on Ramp.
• Ability to create and update HLD and LLD documentation.
• CCNP, CCNP SP (CCIEP), or CCIE level knowledge (or vendor equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Velocloud, Versa, or other white box solutions.
• Knowledge of Wireless and SD-Access.
