Description

You will manage network operations and infrastructure support across enterprise and factory environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and telephony communications systems.
• Execute administrative tasks including backup/restore, port changes, router interface creation, QoS, and routing modifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex regional networking and telephony problems by coordinating with vendors.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and investigate historical issues.
• Create detailed documentation including as-built diagrams, system designs, and written recommendations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in network engineering with Tier 3 Global/Enterprise support background.
• 8+ years of experience with Enterprise-level LAN and WAN, preferably MPLS.
• Expertise in Cisco hardware, specifically configuring Cisco routers and switches.
• Detailed knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and other common network protocols.
• High proficiency in MPLS and IP VPN technology.
• Hands-on experience with VLANs and ACL configuration in Cisco IOS.
• Strong command of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with WLAN platforms (Aruba) and IPT platforms (Cisco, Microsoft Teams).

Preferred Skills

• CCNP or CCIP certification.
• Experience with Cisco and F5 Load Balancing.
• Experience with WAN Optimization (Riverbed).
