Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert for routing, switching, and IP communication technologies across AWS and on-premises environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end network projects by planning, executing, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Configure and administer Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and access points.
• Manage AWS environments and assist in transitioning applications from on-premises to the cloud.
• Maintain network monitoring, conduct capacity planning, and manage vendor relationships for hardware and WAN circuits.
• Develop networking standards and documentation while implementing changes through formal change management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data networking and network security.
• Cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications are required.
• Expertise in SD-WAN, cloud firewall configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of SSL, load balancers, and VoIP telephony technology.
• Experience managing WAN environments consisting of MPLS and VPN technologies.
• Proven project management experience and ability to lead technical initiatives.
• Ability to provide 24/7 emergency response support when required.
• College degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco CCIE certification.
