Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of logical and technical network architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level and low-level design plans for LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Design and deploy infrastructure including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs, and virtual networks.
• Manage network capacity, stability, and agility to meet service level agreements.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot problem areas, and provide statistical reporting.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, including database, email, print, and backup systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing LANs and WANs.
• Experience configuring and managing VMs and virtual networks.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and wireless network deployment.
• Ability to manage server operating systems and associated software.
• Strong technical documentation skills for network mapping and configuration records.
• Experience with network performance testing and methodology development.
• Knowledge of network procurement, vendor interaction, and hardware lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating hardware and software upgrades.
• Ability to manage network asset inventory.
