Description

You will manage and maintain enterprise-scale Data Center, WAN, and LAN networks, ensuring high availability and rapid service restoration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve tier 3 network issues within established MTTR objectives.
• Lead resolution efforts during high or critical incidents and participate in root cause analysis.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable network solutions.
• Collaborate with global development and operational teams to ensure system efficiency.
• Follow process and procedure standards to improve service availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Data Center architecture, specifically Nexus 9000 and Nexus 5000.
• Experience deploying SD-WAN, with Velocloud preferred.
• Proficiency supporting Cisco LAN switches and Cisco WAN routers (ISR/ASR).
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points and controllers, including Ruckus, Aruba, and Meraki.
• Expertise with analysis and forensic tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark.
• Experience with cloud technologies including Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Working knowledge of Python and Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
