Description

Lead the architectural design of secure, scalable, and highly available network solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise network architectures, including cloud connectivity, VPCs, segmentation, routing, and load balancing.
• Develop network design alternatives and configure components to meet performance and availability requirements.
• Design and implement network security controls, ensuring compliance with state and regulatory standards.
• Support performance monitoring, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Lead architecture reviews, provide technical mentorship, and produce high-quality network documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in network engineering and architecture.
• 5+ years in enterprise-level network design.
• 3+ years as lead architect in at least two major public cloud environments.
• Experience leading at least three large-scale network architecture projects.
• 4+ years of experience in network security and compliance.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Expert-level cloud networking certification.
• Strong documentation skills with work samples.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
