You will manage all aspects of network operations, including vendor relationships and high-impact issue resolution, to ensure service delivery goals are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition of network operations from implementation teams to steady-state support following environment cutovers.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving high-impact network operation issues and customer inquiries.
• Analyze service level reports to identify failures, gaps, and trends, recommending long-term technical solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and create detailed trouble reports following major outages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage risks, change controls, and project status reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience within large-scale enterprise networking environments.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching protocols.
• Proficiency with dynamic routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience managing Network Security, including Firewalls and NAC.
• CCNP level understanding of network design best practices and switching topologies.
• Ability to support 24x7x365 operations, including shifts for holidays, weekends, and evenings during incidents.
• Experience managing vendor contracts, service level agreements, and cost estimates for hardware and circuits.
