Description

Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable network infrastructures using Cisco SDA and SDN-based technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure network infrastructures with a focus on Cisco SDA and SDN technologies.
• Manage policy-based automation and network segmentation to align with security and performance objectives.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical network issues and Priority 1 service outages.
• Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to proactively resolve issues and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior network engineers and administrators to support technical development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and enterprise-level solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SDA, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, Catalyst switches, and Wireless LAN controllers.
• Deep knowledge of SDN, network automation, and network security protocols.
• Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, LISP, MPLS, VXLAN, and EVPN.
• Expertise in firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM systems, and encryption protocols.
• Experience with network segmentation and micro-segmentation.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Ansible for network management and orchestration.
• Working knowledge of authentication systems including OKTA, SAML, LDAP, and MS Active Directory.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, Zscaler, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP.
• Experience with cloud-based networking in AWS or Azure and hybrid solutions.
