Description

You manage Cisco voice telephony and collaboration infrastructure across a large-scale hospital campus and remote clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and solutions for Cisco and VoIP systems, including Webex Calling Dedicated Instance.
• Manage Cisco Webex Control Hub for configuration, troubleshooting with Cisco TAC, and application monitoring.
• Implement and troubleshoot call routing, QoS, device pools, signaling protocols, dial-peers, and partition management.
• Support Cisco voice routers and gateways for SIP trunks, analog stations, and third-party application integrations.
• Maintain Cisco UCS servers hosting virtual servers for Webex Calling Dedicated Instance Enhanced Survivability Nodes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT network engineering support and Cisco Communications/networking technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager), Unity Connection, and Cisco Emergency Responder.
• Experience with Cisco Expressway for Mobile Remote Access and Presence integration with Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex App.
• Proficiency with Cisco routing and switching (IOS, Catalyst IOS, Nexus IOS) specifically regarding voice traffic.
• Deep knowledge of protocols including SIP, H323, RTP, MGCP, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, and MPLS.
• Experience managing VMware physical and virtual infrastructure and Cisco UCS.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, risk identification, and risk mitigation.
• CCNA certification required; specialization in Voice or Collaboration.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing and asset management software.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• 3+ years of enterprise VoIP and Unified Communications management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
