You will design, build, and deploy NLP and generative AI models to solve complex business problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality model inputs.
• Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results for team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with TensorFlow.
• Expertise in Conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with data manipulation using Pandas or NumPy.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
