Description

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, with a strong focus on NLP and Generative AI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize conversational AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Perform data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for ML models.
• Evaluate and enhance algorithm performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML libraries.
• Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning applications.
