Description

Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI and NLP models to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI/ML models using Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for model training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Document methodologies and participate in code reviews to maintain engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of NLP techniques, conversational AI, and Generative AI.
• Experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas and NumPy.
• Solid grasp of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
