Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI, to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Develop and optimize Conversational AI, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing using Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.
• Evaluate model performance and scalability, staying updated with the latest AI/ML advancements.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members on AI/ML concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and frameworks.
• Experience with Prompt engineering and LLMs.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning frameworks and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
