Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI, to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement conversational AI and NLP solutions using LLMs and Generative AI techniques.
• Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality model inputs.
• Evaluate and optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Document processes and methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing and team alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in NLP and Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Knowledge of R and Java is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure).

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications.
