Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a specific focus on Conversational AI, NLP, and LLMs. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI solutions and prompt engineering strategies.
• Develop and optimize AI/ML algorithms for complex business problems.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality model inputs.
• Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Document processes and results to facilitate team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and other AI/ML libraries.
• Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy).
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and reinforcement learning.
