Description

You will design and implement microservices using Node.js and Java, managing end-to-end deliverables throughout the software lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain microservices using Node.js and Java.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs with JSON/XML handling and versioning.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience focused on creating microservices.
• Extensive Node.js experience in a senior engineering capacity.
• Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Expertise in microservices principles: service decomposition, API gateways, and service discovery.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and TLS security protocols.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
