Description

You will manage and maintain Office 365 and Exchange environments in a hybrid configuration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange O365 sites, managing user permissions, compliance, and journaling features.
• Execute bulk operations and automation using advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Perform Exchange server maintenance, including version updates, security patches, and certificate renewals.
• Oversee Active Directory, room mailboxes, user licenses, and external user management.
• Coordinate with internal technology groups and external providers to resolve global outages.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Expertise in Exchange Hybrid environments and permission management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for bulk operations.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and user permission management.
• Experience with Exchange site administration and user licensing.
• Familiarity with migration tools.
• Ability to manage compliance and journaling features.
• Basic understanding of SailPoint.
