Description

Lead the architectural design and integration of OAM within the EMS ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document O-RAN-based models and technical requirements.
• Prescribe implementation standards for Cloud infrastructure, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
• Design and manage complex data modeling for Telco products and orchestration.
• Integrate OAM components into existing EMS ecosystems.
• Collaborate across technical teams to ensure successful deployment and implementation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in Telecom and Datacom environments.
• Deep expertise in Data Modeling.
• Extensive experience with O-RAN modeling and architectures.
• Strong knowledge of OAM and EMS ecosystem integration.
• Proficiency with Telco products and orchestration workflows.
• Hands-on experience in cloud computing.
• Proven ability to document technical requirements for cross-functional implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
