Description

You will manage production operations, ensuring scheduling coordination, monitoring, and variance process maintenance. You will drive operational enhancements and collaborative process improvements. You will develop reports to analyze trends and track operating goals. You will establish project plans while managing scope and risk. You will facilitate communication between Product Management and Infrastructure Services to ensure solutions meet business SLAs. You will build and maintain a knowledge library, SOPs, and data ingestion processes.

• Facilitate communication between Product Management and Infrastructure Services to ensure solutions meet business SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles.
• Proficiency with Azure and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience with SFTP and data ingestion workflows.
• Ability to design operational reports and manage by metrics.
• Experience developing SOPs and maintaining knowledge libraries.
• Strong background in workload management and quality performance management.
