Description

Lead functional implementation and configuration for Oracle Field Service modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure routing, capacity, and forecasting modules within Oracle OFS.
• Manage functional consulting engagements and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Integrate systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS).
• Deep configuration experience in routing, capacity, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• OFS Certification.
