Description

You will manage and support large-scale Oracle database environments, triaging system issues autonomously or in collaboration with multiple teams. You will formalize requirements through direct engagement with end users and customers in a semi-structured environment with dynamic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle databases exceeding 20TB in size, managing both OLTP and Data Warehouse environments.
• Triage database system issues autonomously or in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Solicit and formalize requirements through direct engagement with end users and customers.
• Operate within a semi-structured environment with dynamic priorities and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
• Proficiency with Active Data Guard, RMAN, RAC, and GDS.
• Scripting experience using Bash, Ksh, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with EDB Postgres.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or comparable work experience.
• Strong communication skills for requirement gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MongoDB Atlas.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with backup and recovery tools such as Data Domain or Rubrik.
