Description

Manage and optimize Oracle Exadata environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, deploy, and maintain Oracle Exadata Cloud Service and Exadata Cloud@Customer systems.
• Perform database design, performance tuning, and query optimization for complex environments.
• Troubleshoot database issues and implement security best practices.
• Automate routine tasks and monitoring using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure and deployment requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Exadata, Real Application Clusters (RAC), and Oracle database management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, OCI, and GCP cloud database services.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and DocumentDB.
• Strong knowledge of Linux fundamentals and storage systems.
• Experience with AWS Data Migration Service, AWS Relational Database, Oracle OEM, and OCI Data migration services.
• Automation skills using Python, Terraform, Bash, and Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies and database management.
