Manage and maintain Oracle database infrastructure for a long-term contract in Nashville, TN.

Install, upgrade, and patch Oracle database infrastructure and Grid control servers. Maintain server performance through proactive tuning and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve database errors to ensure stability. Manage database security, access controls, and enforce standards. Develop automation scripts for repetitive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and patch Oracle environments and Grid control servers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
• Expertise in installing, upgrading, and patching Oracle environments.
• Proven ability in database performance tuning and complex troubleshooting.
• Experience managing database security policies and user access controls.
• Ability to automate repetitive maintenance tasks using scripts or tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
