Description

You will manage and migrate critical database environments across Oracle and SQL Server platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute database migrations from Oracle 12c to 19c.
• Perform migrations from SQL Server 2014 to SQL Server 2019.
• Maintain database stability and integrity across both environments.
• Manage daily database administration tasks for production systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in database administration.
• Hands-on experience migrating Oracle 12c to Oracle 19c.
• Direct experience migrating SQL Server 2014 to SQL Server 2019.
• Proficiency with SQL Server management tools and T-SQL.
• Advanced Oracle DBA expertise, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of database stability and integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated migration tools or scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
