Description

Manage and optimize Oracle and DB2 database environments, ensuring high availability and zero defects in production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer, tune, and troubleshoot Oracle and DB2 database systems.
• Design and implement data structures to support analytics and application performance.
• Manage database releases and changes using Liquibase for first-time-right deployments.
• Analyze system performance metrics and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams using Agile methodologies to integrate database solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Database administration and optimization.
• Strong core skills in IBM Db2 database management.
• Deep understanding of data structures and SQL query optimization.
• Experience with Java 17 and COBOL environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with Liquibase for database version control.
