Description

Manage and support critical business applications as a Senior Oracle DBA, owning the stability and performance of production database environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle 19c or 12c RAC and multitenant database environments.
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Assist application teams with troubleshooting database and SQL performance issues.
• Develop tools, standards, and governance policies for compliant database delivery.
• Deploy database schema management and implement configuration changes in production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Expertise in Oracle 19c or 12c RAC.
• Experience with multitenant database support.
• Proven ability in database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Strong skills in database schema management and production configuration changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple organizational teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying and supporting databases in AWS or Snowflake.
• AWS Certifications.
• Programming skills in Linux shell scripting, PL/SQL, or Python.
