Description

You will lead database architecture and operations as the senior technical expert for Oracle environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of database instances, clusters, and software components.
• Resolve complex database issues through deep-dive root cause analysis.
• Provide database consulting and design services to application developers and technical teams.
• Conduct application system reviews to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Coach and mentor teams on the efficient use of Oracle and database services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or DBA.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, DML, and DDL.
• Extensive experience with RMAN, HADR, Data Guard, and Data-Domain.
• Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
• Proven experience with database physical and logical replication, clustering, and mirroring.
• Deep understanding of database stored procedures, triggers, commands, and utilities.
• Hands-on experience with database installation, configuration, and parameter tuning.
• Experience supporting 24/7 production database environments.
• Ability to coordinate database, application, OS, and hardware upgrades.
