10+ years of experience with Oracle Applications Suite
. Experience managing major initiatives and system enhancements
. Ability to serve as liaison between the IT department and user community
. Working knowledge of encumbrance accounting
. Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues and manage Service Requests (SRS) with Oracle Support
. Strong SQL skills required for troubleshooting
