Description

Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes and document requirements, use cases, and functional designs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into technical action items and detailed functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis and verify the feasibility of requested functionality against existing data structures.
• Query and analyze application data schemas to support solution design and implementation.
• Lead technical and functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines and address potential risks.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management modules.
• Proven track record of completing 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement applications.
• Strong proficiency in SQL-based queries and data schema analysis.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to create scope documents, activity diagrams, and business process mapping documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing teams and multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Functional understanding of the Oracle Cloud framework for extensions.
