Description

You will lead business analysis and functional design for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes by gathering requirements, defining scope, and documenting functional designs and configurations.
• Translate business objectives into technical action items, use cases, activity diagrams, and detailed business rule specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and verify the feasibility of requested functionality against existing technical systems and data structures.
• Lead technical and functional teams to ensure projects meet timelines while managing risks and issues.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve results.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management modules.
• Proven experience completing 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement applications.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and the Oracle Cloud development framework for extensions.
• Proficiency in SQL-based queries and application data schema analysis.
• Deep knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology or a related field.
• Advanced English communication skills for stakeholder and client management.
