Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM integrations and reports.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and related technical artifacts.
• Build new integrations from scratch, including full testing and implementation of future modules.
• Resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform impact analysis for quarterly HCM Cloud patches and provide technical mentorship to team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Expertise in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture and capabilities.
• Knowledge of cloud computing models, including SaaS and PaaS.
• Ability to document system configurations, processes, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM Cloud Security, Oracle BICC Extracts, and PVOs.
• Experience with Oracle VBS.
