Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and technical artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and HCM REST APIs.
• Develop and support extensions, workflows, Fast Formulas, and customizations using HCM Design Studio, Page & Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Create ad-hoc BIP and OTBI reporting solutions for complex business query needs.
• Perform impact analysis for quarterly HCM Cloud patches and troubleshoot system issues or performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee integrations with third-party enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Deep expertise in HCM Extracts, HCM BI Publisher Reports, and HCM HDL.
• Proficiency with Fast Formulas, HCM OTBI reports, and HCM Workflows.
• Advanced ability to write and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Experience with HCM REST APIs, Page & Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of cloud computing models including SaaS and PaaS.
• Strong analytical skills for problem isolation and impact analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
