Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and extensions for core modules including Benefits and Absence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and HCM REST APIs.
• Develop and support extensions, workflows, fast formulas, and customizations using HCM Design Studio, Page Composer, Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Create ad-hoc BIP and OTBI reporting solutions for complex business query needs.
• Address system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, engaging Oracle Support to resolve service requests.
• Conduct impact analysis for quarterly patches and oversee integration with third-party services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing integrations, extensions, and reports for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Deep understanding of underlying table structures for Benefits and Absence modules.
• Strong experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, and OTBI Reports.
• Proficiency in Fast Formulas and HCM REST APIs.
• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of developing HIPAA integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Redwood UI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
