Description

You design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and related artifacts across multiple modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build new integrations and reports using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, BIP/OTBI, Workflows, Fast Formulas, and Visual Builder Studio.
• Support and maintain existing HCM Cloud solutions, resolving system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct impact analysis for quarterly patches and collaborate with Oracle Product Support to resolve service requests.
• Provide technical mentorship, document configurations, and define best practices for the team.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
• Advanced proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP/OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, and HCM REST APIs.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for complex query development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Page/Application Composer and Visual Builder Studio.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing (SaaS/PaaS) and OIIC integrations.
• Familiarity with Redwood UI.
