Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM integrations, extensions, and reporting solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and REST APIs.
• Build and maintain BI Publisher and OTBI reports for complex data requirements.
• Develop Fast Formulas, Workflows, and Redwood UI enhancements using Page and Application Composer.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud patches, upgrades, and production issue troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members during implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Deep expertise in Benefits and Absence modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Redwood UI.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, and HCM REST APIs.
• Strong background in creating BI Publisher and OTBI reports.
• Ability to write Fast Formulas and configure Workflows and ESS Jobs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.
• Experience with HIPAA data integrations or Payroll modules.
