Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Compensation, supporting day-to-day operations and large-scale HCM projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Compensation configurations at an enterprise level.
• Manipulate and create system configurations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Deloitte SI to drive HCM project milestones.
• Function autonomously to execute tasks and support the existing compensation SME.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep expertise using the Oracle Compensation tool.
• Proven track record of configuring Oracle Compensation for enterprise-level clients.
• Ability to manipulate and create complex system configurations.
• Experience working within large-scale HCM implementation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
