Description

Lead the functional and technical design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Core HR, ORC, ONB, Compensation Management, and OIC solutions.
• Develop technical prototypes and recommendations for process improvements and policy changes.
• Collaborate with integration teams to define fields and manage Cloud HCM Conversions and Integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP).
• Provide technical leadership through planning, work allocation, mentorship, and status reporting to Project Managers.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in design and configuration of Oracle HCM.
• Expertise in Core HR, ORC, ONB, Compensation Management, and OIC.
• Deep understanding of cross-functional impacts across Oracle HCM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud HCM Conversions and Integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP).
• Proficiency in Reporting using OTBI and BIP.
• Technical mastery of Oracle PL/SQL and Fast Formula.
• Experience with AME setup creation and Personalization.
• Proven track record of delivering 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certifications in Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Compensation Cloud, Digital Assistant, or OCI.
• Experience within the construction industry.
