Description

You will lead technical implementations for Oracle Cloud and EBS, designing solutions and configuring core HCM components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for Oracle Cloud and EBS environments.
• Configure and manage Approval Workflows and Fast Formulas.
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and Custom Roles.
• Support Core HR and Payroll functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud and EBS implementations.
• Expertise in designing technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Approval Workflows.
• Proficiency in writing Fast Formulas.
• Experience developing HCM Extracts.
• Knowledge of Custom Role configuration.
• Functional understanding of Core HR.
• Functional understanding of Payroll.

• Any Graduate degree.
