Description

You will lead the administration, analysis, and implementation of Oracle Hyperion applications to support budget execution and formulation activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced administration of Oracle Hyperion, including metadata management, member formulas, business rules, and FDMEE development.
• Collect and analyze user requirements to document workflows and design business processes.
• Manage reporting requirements and develop forms to meet current and future system user needs.
• Coordinate testing for development activities, including user testing and documentation.
• Provide user support by resolving tickets, handling inquiries, and conducting system training.
• Apply ServiceNow Agile methods, including User Stories and Sprints, to project workflows.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in budgeting systems and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Hyperion applications and/or Federal Budget processes.
• Proficiency in SQL development and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience reviewing and updating ODI objects.
• Ability to prepare flow charts, models, and application documentation.
• Understanding of change management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Knowledge of HIGLAS.
