Description

Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle OTM modules for complex logistics and supply chain operations.

You will own the end-to-end functional delivery, from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis to testing and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Configure core OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Freight Payment, and Fleet Management.
• Analyze transportation processes to recommend optimizations and support multi-modal logistics operations.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and configurations within OTM.
• Manage system testing (SIT, UAT, regression) and provide Go-Live and warranty support.
• Conduct business process workshops and collaborate with Logistics and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM functional experience.
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations in mid-to-large projects.
• Strong configuration expertise in Order Management, Planning, Execution, Rate Management, and Carrier Management.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.
• Experience integrating OTM with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion ERP, WMS, and financial systems.
• Proficiency with EDI transaction sets (850, 860, 315, 210, 310, 410, 404, 204, 990, 856).
• Knowledge of North American transportation modes (truckload, LTL, intermodal, parcel, rail).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale multi-site, multi-country OTM rollouts.
