Lead configuration and implementation of OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning and Execution, Freight Payment, Billing and Claims, Fleet Management, and Logistics Network Modeling
Analyze transportation processes and recommend optimization improvements and provide ongoing system support
Work collaboratively with Logistics and IT teams to understand program requirements and assist with evaluation of alternative solutions
Configure rate management, routing guides, itinerary planning, carrier selection rules, and transportation sourcing within OTM
Support various logistics transportation modes including inbound and outbound, from simple point-to-point to complex multi-modal, multi-leg, and cross-docking operations, fleet management, supply chain management, and 3PL
Support integration between OTM and other systems including EDI, WMS, Order Management, Planning, and Financial systems
Provide Go-Live and post-implementation warranty support for resolving technical issues in accordance with agreed SLA terms
Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirements gathering with logistics, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders
Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and configurations within OTM
Manage system testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing across dev, test, and production environments
Contribute to solution design including prototype configuration, solution documentation, and testing
Monitor and optimize carrier performance, on-time delivery, tender acceptance, and freight cost management
Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and operational runbooks
Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance across the OTM workstream
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
9+ years of OTM experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in mid to large projects across various industry segments
Strong hands-on functional configuration expertise across core OTM modules — Order Management, Planning, Execution, Rate Management, Freight Settlement, and Carrier Management
Advanced SQL knowledge required in addition to XML, XSL, and BI Publisher
Experience with various EDI and integration with OTM including 850, 860, 315, 210, 310, 410, 404, 204, 990, and 856 transaction sets
Strong understanding of North American transportation modes including truckload, LTL, intermodal, parcel, and rail
Experience integrating OTM with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP, WMS, and financial systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to present complex logistics concepts to both technical and business audiences
Experience working in manufacturing, packaging, paper, or consumer goods industries is highly preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) alongside OTM is a strong plus
Experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS/WMS integrations, OTM workflows, SQL, and logistics/supply chain processes
Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies aligned with manufacturing environments
Knowledge of freight audit, freight payment, and carrier contract management processes
Experience with large-scale multi-site, multi-country OTM rollouts
Oracle OTM Cloud or on-premise certification is an added advantage
