Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Planning solutions including Workforce Planning, Financial Planning, and related modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Design and develop business rules, calculation logic, forms, and dashboards.
• Manage data integrations using Data Management / Integration tools and automate data pipelines.
• Drive application performance optimization and troubleshoot calculation or data issues.
• Lead client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.
• Oversee UAT cycles, production deployments, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and documentation standards.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Workforce, Financials).
• Expertise in business rules, calculation manager, and data integrations.
• Good understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EPM integrations (e.g., ERP systems like Oracle EBS).
• Knowledge of scripting (Groovy) and automation.
• Prior experience in leading teams or managing client engagements
