Description

Lead Oracle EPM IT projects from initiation through operational handoff. Own project delivery by organizing work into distinct phases and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on project status, milestones, resource utilization, and finances including burn-down.
• Maintain all project artifacts including charters, executive materials, RACI, and RAID logs.
• Establish project governance, communication plans, and clear ownership roles.
• Facilitate end-to-end meetings with clear agendas, outcome tracking, and action item management.
• Create project plans, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering Oracle applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong command of RACI and project governance frameworks.
• PMP certification with valid proof.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Specific experience with Oracle EPM or FCCS.
