Description

Manage and optimize the Oracle WebLogic and Business Intelligence (OBIEE) suite within the IT infrastructure team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and administer Oracle WebLogic, Fusion Middleware, SOA 10g/11g, and OBIEE.
• Manage WebLogic security configurations, including SSL certificate installation and encryption for OBIEE, Hyperion, Essbase, Planning, SOA, ODI, and DRM.
• Execute operational tasks such as log monitoring, performance tuning, application monitoring, and environment migrations.
• Develop automated build and deployment scripts for SOA and J2EE components.
• Support the migration of on-premise and virtual servers to the AWS cloud platform.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle WebLogic and Fusion Middleware administration.
• Expertise in WebLogic clustering, JMS, Connection Pools, J2EE deployments, and Thread Dump Analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting BAM, BPM, and ODI.
• Proficiency with UNIX systems (Solaris and Linux) and Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of web infrastructure including load balancers, firewalls, and DNS.
• Experience with XML technologies including XML, XSLT, and XQuery.
• Ability to configure and deploy J2EE applications on WebLogic 10g/11g, Oc4j, and Apache.
• Familiarity with J2EE Design Patterns such as Service Locator, DAO, DTO, and Business Delegate.
• Experience deploying applications on Cloud Foundry.

Preferred Skills

• Administration of Hyperion EPM, Planning, HFM, and DRM.
• AWS instance administration and S3 bucket management.
• Red Hat Linux Administration and SSO with CA SiteMinder.
