Description

Configure and support Kronos Ready / UKG Ready timekeeping systems, managing time & labor rules and system workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain time & attendance configurations, including pay rules, accruals, and union-based scheduling structures.
• Manage system workflows, resolve technical tickets, and ensure data accuracy for internal payroll and accounting teams.
• Extract and validate timekeeping data for implementation partners and system integrators.
• Support system readiness for the Oracle payroll transition planned for July 2026.
• Maintain process documentation and use Excel for data validation, reporting, and analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Kronos Ready or UKG Ready systems.
• Deep knowledge of Time & Labor / Time & Attendance system configurations.
• Proven experience configuring pay rules, accruals, and schedules.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation.
• Understanding of payroll processes and functional-technical troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis or payroll technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting system integrations or data migrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle payroll or ERP implementations.
